Best Day Gifts does not disclose, sell, trade or give out personal information you have provided. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
All baskets are custom made and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. We ship via UPS. The package arrives from Care Center Gifts, LLC.
The $7.95 flat rate shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days. Second Day Air, a is delivered by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Shipment to a PO Box is allowed and the shipping method selected must be Sure Post.
We will ship to hospitals, although we do not recommend doing so. In addition, we cannot offer our Sure Post shipping option for hospital shipments. There are many reasons not to ship to hospitals; patients are routinely discharged early, hospital mail rooms are sometimes slow in sorting and delivering packages, and if a person has been discharged, any number of things can happen to your package.
Sometimes they are returned to sender, occasionally they are forwarded to the patient’s home but many times they simply disappear. Therefore, we strongly advise you to send your gift to the recipient’s home. If you are certain your friend or loved one will be in the hospital for an extended period of time and you choose to ship there, please provide as much information as possible.
To help the hospital deliver your package in a timely manner, please provide a building name or number, and a room number. All shipments to hospitals are made at your own risk. We are unable to guarantee or insure delivery to hospitals and you accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost. If the package is returned to Best Day Gifts and you opt to not resend it to a home address, you will incur a $20.00 restocking fee.
We do ship to Canada but the website is not yet set up to accept international orders. We will be happy to accept your order via email and/or phone.
An important note regarding customs: the recipient is responsible for any customs duty. Therefore, we recommend shipping to yourself, if possible, or to a friend or family member. US Postal Service Priority Mail International shipments take approximately 6-10 business days for delivery. Please feel free to contact us for shipping rates and availability.
You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift ASAP!
Refund and Return Policy
If you need to return your purchase for any reason*, please return it in its original condition, all items unused, within 10 business days of the date it was shipped. Please include your name, telephone number and mailing address inside the box.
